The Order of Reunion Group pamphlet that you received from your Great Banquet weekend is an excellent guide.
Segregated (just men's or just women's) groups provide a more personal setting. Co-ed groups exist, but tend to be much larger.
Since it is easy to go off on an unspiritual tangent, it is a good idea to have a member who has experience in a successful reunion group that is not afraid to take the lead on occasion.
If there are members lurking in the shadows, the group may be too large. Consider dividing into smaller parts. If your afraid of hurt feelings, pray for divine providence, trust God, and draw straws to divide a group. Romans 8:28
Some things shared at reunion group are done so in confidence. Respect that confidence and keep those things to yourself and God, no matter how innocent a later conversation may seem. James 3:5
